Ride for the Mission
WHAT IS IT?
It’s a Bicycle Ride and Walk Event.
Participants can choose from four different bike rides, two walking courses OR to be a virtual participant and just raise funds.
It’s a Fun Filled Day.
At the venue, you’ll be treated to a barbeque lunch, some live music and plenty of family-friendly activities. All registrants will also be served free Starbucks and Rita’s Ices. It’s a great opportunity for you to gather friends and enjoy an outdoor activity.
It’s a Fundraising Event.
Each adult participant is required to raise at least $100 to participate. That might feel like a big obstacle, but we are here to help you every step of the way with tips and tools. The money raised helps care for our neighbors in need, struggling from poverty, mental illness, substance abuse and hopelessness through services such as:
- Food Pantry
- Kids’ Summer Camp
- Disaster Relief & Recovery
- Men & Women Mentoring Programs
- Substance Abuse Recovery Program
AND many more.
It’s a Celebration.
It’s a day where we can begin to celebrate all the great work that will be possible with your help and support. Our bikers, walkers and volunteers have plenty of fun at the event as well. Prizes will be distributed to the team/individual with the Most Money Raised, the Funniest Team Uniform and many more.
